Job Description – Course Anchor (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Course Anchor to lead engaging and interactive learning sessions for working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, along with experience in teaching, mentoring, or training adult learners.

This role involves guiding learners throughout the course journey, facilitating discussions, and helping professionals enhance their skills and career growth.

Location

Remote (Work from Home)

Work Schedule

• 5 Days a Week
• Weekly Off: Saturday & Monday

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct Learning Sessions

• Deliver engaging and interactive online learning sessions.
• Ensure learners clearly understand course concepts and applications.
• Encourage participation, discussions, and collaborative learning.

2. Facilitate the Learning Journey

• Guide participants throughout the course duration.
• Answer queries and provide clarity on course topics.
• Support learners in completing assignments and practical exercises.

3. Curriculum Development

• Assist in designing and updating course content.
• Ensure learning materials stay relevant to industry trends.
• Contribute ideas to improve the overall learning experience.

4. Learner Support & Career Guidance

• Mentor professionals in their career growth journey.
• Provide guidance on freelancing and professional opportunities.
• Motivate learners to achieve their learning goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in teaching, training, soft skills development, or a similar role.
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory).
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
• Experience working with working professionals or adult learners.
• Ability to deliver interactive and engaging sessions online.
