Summary
We are seeking a passionate and qualified English Educator to join our dynamic education team. Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and deliver comprehensive English language and literature lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
- Create interactive and student-centered learning activities that promote reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Assess student performance through regular evaluations, assignments, and exams; provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students across varying ability levels.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and respect.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary projects and school-wide literacy initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in parent-teacher meetings and academic reviews.
- Stay current with pedagogical best practices and incorporate technology into teaching where appropriate.

- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.Ed qualification.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in teaching English at the secondary or high school level.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective lesson plans and assessments.
- Proficiency in classroom management and student engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and educational technology platforms.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and student-centered learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a school community and communicate effectively with parents and staff.
