- Assessment Literacy: Proficiency in designing and implementing formative and summative assessments that align with curriculum standards, measure student learning outcomes, and inform instructional decision-making.
- Cultural Competence: Cultural sensitivity and awareness of diverse backgrounds, languages, and perspectives to create an inclusive and culturally responsive learning environment that values and respects the contributions and identities of all students.
