It is a registered non-religious and non-governmental organization that aligns its efforts with government policies supporting people with disabilities, referred to as 'Divyangjan.'
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site English Faculty role located in Hyderabad. The faculty member will be responsible for teaching English to students, designing and delivering curriculum, developing lesson plans, guiding students in mastering English literature, and fostering positive learning environments. Responsibilities include evaluating student progress, preparing them for exams, and encouraging language proficiency for personal and professional growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and lesson planning
- Strong knowledge of Literature and English Literature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in working with children with disabilities is beneficial
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Literature, Education, or a related field
- Commitment to inclusivity and empowering students with diverse abilities
