📢 Hiring: English (ELA) Assessment Writers | K2–K8 | US Curriculum
We are hiring English Language Arts (ELA) Assessment Writers for a large-scale K–12 assessment development project aligned with U.S. curriculum standards.

👩🏫 Who Should ApplyWe are looking for English teachers, curriculum developers, and ELA Subject Matter Experts who have:
✔ Strong command of English Language Arts (Reading, Writing, Grammar, and Comprehension)
✔ Experience with K2–K8 ELA curriculum
✔ Familiarity with Common Core (CCSS)
✔ Experience with assessment/question writing
✔ Understanding of Bloom’s Taxonomy or Depth of Knowledge (DOK)
Preferred Candidates
• Degree in English / Literature / Linguistics / Education
• Experience creating reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing items
• Prior curriculum or assessment development experience
💻 Work Details
• Grade Levels: K2–K8
• Mode: Portal-based work with AI-assisted authoring tools
• Compensation: ₹40 per assessment item
• Minimum Production: 20 items per day
• Work Commitment: 8 hours per day
• Immediate joiners preferred
⚙️ Authoring Workflow
1️⃣ Select grade, CCSS standard, DOK level, and item type
2️⃣ AI generates a base assessment item
3️⃣ Writer reviews, edits, and refines the item for accuracy and alignment
4️⃣ Items go through internal quality review before submission
📊 Project Scope• High-volume project (~3000 items per week)
