Our Client is building voice agents for care that interact with patients and clinicians to improve patient outcomes and ease administrative workflows. We are looking for a Founding Product and Engineering Lead and Founding ML / AI Lead . The expectation from the role -
REQUIREMENT FOR ROLES -
POSITION 1 — Founding Product & Engineering Lead
You will build the B2B platform — booking, patient management, billing, automated clinical notes, communication. You are the product and engineering team until you hire one.
What you've done:
- 8+ years building product. You've owned a product in production end-to-end, not just a module.
- You code. Hands dirty, always. You are not a manager who stopped shipping code.
- You think like a PM. You talk to users, you prioritise ruthlessly, you make product calls without being asked. We are not hiring a PM alongside you.
- You've worked at a startup at an early stage. You know what it means to build something from nothing and keep it standing.
- You’ve got academic pedigree: IITs, BITS Pilani/Goa, NITs - major ones
- (Nice to Have) You've built in healthcare or a regulated industry before. HIPAA, data privacy, audit trails — not new concepts.
POSITION 2 — Founding ML / AI Lead
You will own the data and model layer. Patient data starts flowing from Day 1 of the platform. You decide what to do with it.
What you've done:
- Trained and fine-tuned large language models. You've gone beyond API calls — you've worked with raw data, built pipelines, run experiments, shipped models to production.
- You are current on research. You know what's happening at the frontier — agents, voice models, multimodal, RLHF, synthetic data.
- You've built ML systems that run in production under real conditions.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENT
- You’ve got academic pedigree: IITs, BITS Pilani/Goa, NITs - major ones -
- Must have strong 4-7 years of experience.
