Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Guindy for an Engineering Team Leader. The incumbent will oversee the daily activities of the engineering team, ensuring smooth execution of projects, effective troubleshooting, and optimal team performance. Responsibilities include mentoring team members, designing and implementing engineering processes, overseeing project timelines, engaging in hands-on development, and ensuring quality standards are met. The Engineering Team Leader will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management and team leadership skills, including mentoring and overseeing technical teams.
- Strong knowledge of software development and engineering processes, with expertise in system design and implementation.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in agile methodologies and hands-on coding experience in relevant programming languages is preferred.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus.
