We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Engineering Lead to drive end-to-end development across web, mobile, and AI-powered applications. This role blends hands-on development, leadership, and client interaction.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead architecture and development of web, mobile, and AI/ML applications
• Work hands-on with Laravel (PHP), Node.js, Python, and AI/ML frameworks
• Integrate AI/ML models into production (NLP, recommendation systems, predictive analytics)
• Handle project analysis, scope definition, proposals, and estimations
• Manage deployments on AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, etc.
• Mentor and lead the development team
• Communicate with international clients
✅ Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Laravel, Node.js, and Python
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
• Knowledge of model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Cloud hosting and server management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
⭐ Preferred:
• Experience in scalable architecture, MLOps, DevOps
• Exposure to mobile app development
• Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM APIs
