Essential Duties and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (1–7 years experience) to support hiring across Automotive, Aerospace, Aviation, and Semiconductor domains (automotive experience highly preferred).
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Proactively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter (must-have), along with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, referrals, and headhunting
- Hire for Mechanical, Embedded, and Semiconductor roles
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver strong candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines and updates through ATS tools
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in technical/engineering recruitment
- Strong hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter (essential)
- Proven sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with US tax terms (nice to have)
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US Eastern Time
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
