Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Engineering Student located in New Delhi, with some work from home permitted. Responsibilities include conducting research and analysis, contributing to projects, implementing programming tasks, and collaborating with teams to support the service management initiatives using advanced tools like ServiceNow and Ivanti. The candidate will also assist in optimizing workflows and implementing technical solutions in alignment with client needs and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Research skills to evaluate and address technical challenges.
- Proficiency in Programming and familiarity with coding languages.
- Educational background or coursework in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with teams and presenting ideas effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment that combines in-office work in New Delhi and remote work opportunities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are crucial for success in this role.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, or Ivanti solutions is a plus but not required.
