Role Overview:
We are seeking a senior technology and business leader with hands-on
expertise and strong delivery leadership to own and drive technically complex, high-
value engineering software products. The role spans Product architecture, program delivery, client engagement, and team leadership, with a strong focus on CAD/CAE, BIM, computational geometry, Al-assisted engineering, and ctoud-native platforms.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ownership of complex products and programs in areas such as Sean-to-BIM, reverse engineering, manufacturing validation, and digital engineering
solutions, while successfully leading large, distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology & Architecture Leadership
- Own the end-to-end technical architecture of complex engineering and digital products.
- Lead design and development across CAD/BIM platforms, geometry processing, Al-driven engineering workflows, and cloud-native systems, including AUML and GenAl.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices,assisted solutions, to enhance productivity and automation performance computing, geometry.
- Provide technical direction for high performance computing, geometry kernels, point cloud processing, and data-intensive workflows. Product, Program & Delivery Leadership
- Lead large-scale, end-to-end program and project detivery, ensuring timelines, and business outcomes.
- Manage delivery across distributed and cross-functional teams, aligning engineering execution with product and client goals.
- Own delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication for strategic accounts.
- Collaborate closely with customers and internal teadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Cloud, Platform & Integration
- Architect and guide development of cloud-based enterprise platforms using .Net
- Core, microservices, and modern web frameworks.
- Oversee system integrations using messaging, streaming, and enterprise integration framework.
- Ensure systems meet enterprise standards for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
People & Organizational Leadership :
Build, mentor, and scale high-performing engineering teams.
Act as a senior technical mentor and escalation point for complex problem solving.
Contribute to organizational strategy, capability building, and technology road-
mapping.
Must-Have Skills :
- 18-25+ years of experience in software engineering, product development,
- and delivery leadership.
- Proven ownership of technically complex products or platforms in engineering or industrial domains.
- Strong experience leading large, distributed teams and managing client-facing engagements.
Core Programming & Platforms :
- C++ (C+#11 / C+#17) - strong hands-on and architectural experience.
- C#/.NET (WPF, WinForms, MFC, .NET Core).
- Python for engineering workflows, automation, and ML pipelines.
CAD /BIM / Engineering Technologies :
- Deep experience with CAD/BIM platforms such as Revit, Creo, NX, CATIA,
- SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of CAD kernels, computational geometry, and geometry processing.
- Experience in Sean-to-BIM, reverse engine Al/ML
- Hands-on or architectural experience with AV/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, Pytorch, Keros, Pandas, Scikit-team, Jupyter.
- Practical exposure to Al
Cloud & Application Architecture
- Experience building enterprise or product platforms using:
- .NET Core, Microservices, Web APIS,
- React (architecture-level understanding)
- Strong cloud experience on Azure and/or AWS.
- Delivery, DevOps & Quality
- Experience with DevOps and delivery toolchains:
- Azure DevOps, jira, Confluence CICD pipetines
- Strong focus on quality, security, and comptiance using toots such as
- ‘SonarQube, Fortify, NUnit, Postman, SoapU.
Good-to-Have Skills :
GenAl exposure, including use of LLM APIs and Al copilots in engineering
workflows.
Experience with Kafka or enterprise integration platforms (¢.¢., Dell Boom).
Background in Industry 4.0 / Industry 5.0, digital twin, or smart manufacturing.
Experience working with global clients and multi-geography delivery models.
Cloud certifications (Azure / AWS).
