Project Role : Engineering Services Lead
Project Role Description : Lead a team of engineers that develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary
The CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) Applications L3 Support Specialist is responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for CAE software solutions used within an organization. This role focuses on resolving complex application issues, collaborating with engineering teams, and ensuring the optimal performance of CAE tools. The L3 Support Specialist acts as the final escalation point within the support hierarchy and contributes to continuous improvement of CAE application environments.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Advanced Troubleshooting:-
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to CAE applications, including software crashes, performance problems, and integration errors.
Serve as the highest level of escalation for CAE application support, working closely with L1 and L2 support teams to resolve incidents efficiently.
Conduct thorough investigations to identify the root cause of recurring application issues and recommend permanent solutions.
Work with engineering, IT, and vendor teams to coordinate fixes, patches, and upgrades for CAE applications.
Oversee the health and stability of CAE software environments, including monitoring, optimization, and preventative maintenance tasks.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting procedures, solutions, and application configurations for knowledge sharing.
Participate in change control processes for application updates, upgrades, and configuration changes, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
- User Training & Guidance: -
Provide technical guidance and training to users and lower-level support teams to enhance their understanding of CAE tools and best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: -
Utilize monitoring tools to track application performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact users.
Engage with CAE software vendors for advanced support, bug reporting, and feature requests as needed.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes ENOVIA V5.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with integration of ENOVIA with other enterprise systems.
- Experience in 3DExperience customization
- Good Project Management experience & Outstanding all-round communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Good Team management skills and work closely with other peers .
Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DExperience customization.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
