About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Engineering Domain Recruiter with experience in hiring for Engineering R&D (ER&D), Embedded, Automotive, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, Telecom, or Industrial Engineering domains. The recruiter will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for niche engineering requirements from leading engineering and technology clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for engineering and technical requirements
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, networking, and internal databases
- Work on niche skill requirements in domains such as:
Embedded Systems
Automotive & AUTOSAR
Semiconductor/VLSI
Telecom & Networking
Industrial Automation
PLM/3DEXPERIENCE/ENOVIA
Cloud & Digital Engineering
- Understand technical job requirements and screen candidates based on skills, domain expertise, project experience, and tools exposure
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring engineering skill sets
- Work closely with account managers and clients to understand hiring priorities and delivery expectations
- Ensure timely submissions and maintain recruitment trackers/MIS reports
- Meet monthly closure and delivery targets
Required Skills:
- Experience in engineering or technical recruitment
- Strong understanding of technical hiring concepts and engineering domains
- Hands-on experience sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, and other recruitment platforms
- Good understanding of engineering skill keywords and technologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with ER&D clients such as automotive, manufacturing, telecom, or semiconductor companies
- Familiarity with skills like Embedded C, AUTOSAR, VLSI, PLC/SCADA, Cloud, DevOps, or PLM tools
- Experience handling contract staffing or C2H hiring
