🚨We’re looking for US Non-IT Recruiters with 2–5 years of experience in hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace , construction roles.
📍 Location: Hyderabad Banjara hills road no2, /Bangalore Jayanagar 4th block (Onsite)
⏰ Shift: EST (Night Shift IST)
✨ Experience: 2–5 years (US Non-IT Recruiting Only)
What You’ll Do
End-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT roles
Work with W2 and Direct Clients
Partner with hiring managers to source top talent
Drive negotiations and close candidates successfully
Must-Have
✅ 2–5 years of US Non-IT Recruitment experience
✅ Exposure to Engineering, Manufacturing, Aerospace, construction hiring
✅ Experience working with W2 and Direct Clients
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Ability to work in EST shift from our Hyderabad office
