We are expanding our Talent Acquisition Team and looking for an experienced Engineering Recruiter who understands the engineering ecosystem and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role will support hiring across diverse engineering domains, including:

🔎 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering roles
Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals & Boolean search
Collaborate closely with hiring managers & stakeholders
Build strong talent pipelines for niche & hard-to-fill positions
Maintain ATS and ensure a seamless candidate experience
✅ Ideal Candidate Profile:
6 Months to 5 years of experience in Engineering Recruitment
Prior hiring experience in Automotive, Aerospace, or Semiconductor domains is preferred
Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms
