Futran Solutions is seeking experienced Engineering Team Lead and Recruiters to join our growing team in Hyderabad.
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500016 , India
Work Mode: On-Site / In-office
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

What We’re Looking For:
• 2+ years of experience in Staffing (Non-IT/Engineering recruitment preferred)
• Strong understanding of Engineering, Aerospace, Semiconductor, and other Non-IT roles, including industry trends and terminology
• Experience with MSP/VMS recruitment models
• Hands-on experience with ATS systems, VMS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for engineering roles, from sourcing to placement
• Recruit across industries including Automotive, Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Semiconductor, and Manufacturing
• Utilize MSP and VMS platforms to manage requisitions and meet client expectations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Identify and place top Engineering, Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Non-IT talent for high-priority client projects
