🚀 Engineering Manager (4+ Years of Experience)
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a high-performing engineering team responsible for building scalable backend systems and enterprise-grade AI-powered products.
You’ll balance technical leadership with people management — driving architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, improving engineering processes, and ensuring successful product delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving large-scale technical challenges while building and growing strong engineering teams.
🧩 What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers
- Drive technical architecture and system design decisions
- Build scalable, high-performance backend systems and cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Business teams on roadmap planning
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of engineering projects
- Establish best practices for development, testing, deployment, and code quality
- Improve engineering velocity, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Manage sprint planning, prioritization, and agile execution
- Hire, onboard, and retain top engineering talent
- Conduct technical reviews and provide mentorship to engineers
- Ensure reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability across systems
- Create a strong engineering culture focused on ownership, collaboration, and innovation
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You
- Have 4+ years of experience in software engineering with prior team leadership or engineering management exposure
- Have strong experience in backend engineering and scalable distributed systems
- Understand system design, cloud infrastructure, and scalability challenges
- Have experience leading engineering teams in startup or high-growth environments
- Are comfortable managing delivery timelines and cross-functional collaboration
- Have strong problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities
- Can mentor engineers and help teams grow technically and professionally
- Are familiar with Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices
- Thrive in fast-paced environments with high ownership and autonomy
