Engineering Manager / Technical Program Lead

Prakat Solutions is hiring a seasoned Engineering Manager / Technical Program Lead to drive one of our most critical engineering functions. This is a high‑visibility, high‑impact leadership role where you will guide a team of 10–15 engineers, shape technical strategy, and work directly with enterprise customers to deliver complex, scalable solutions.

What You’ll Lead
🚀 Engineering Leadership
· Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 10–15 engineers.
· Drive execution across multiple projects with full SDLC ownership.
· Improve engineering processes, quality standards, and delivery predictability.
· Guide architectural decisions, system design, and technical best practices.
🧠Technical Depth
· Bring strong expertise in Networking & Security to influence solution design.
· Provide hands‑on guidance in Python/Golang/Rust and React.js/Next.js.
· Ensure code quality, performance, scalability, and maintainability across the team.
🤝 Customer & Stakeholder Management
· Act as the primary bridge between business teams and engineering.
· Translate complex business requirements into clear SRS and technical roadmaps.
· Manage expectations, communicate trade-offs, and provide executive‑level updates.
What You Bring
· 10+ years of engineering experience, with 3–5 years in leadership roles.
· Strong background in Networking, Security, and modern software engineering.
· Proven ability to manage teams, deliver enterprise‑scale products, and handle customer‑facing responsibilities.
· Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
