Your impact
The Engineering Manager – Process Discipline will provide technical leadership, strategic direction, and delivery excellence across multi‑disciplinary engineering projects in the design consulting environment. The role demands deep expertise in process engineering, strong people leadership, and proven capability in managing complex projects throughout the full project lifecycle (Concept to Commissioning support)
- Provide technical leadership and governance for the Process discipline across all projects.
- Lead process design execution from concept, FEED, and detailed engineering through project completion.
- Act as the technical authority for process design decisions, reviews, and standards compliance.
- Manage engineering resources, schedules, and budgets in coordination with project management.
- Lead, mentor, and develop process engineering teams; build discipline capability and succession.
- Ensure process safety excellence, including HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, and regulatory compliance.
- Interface with clients, licensors, and stakeholders during design reviews and technical discussions.
- Support business development through proposals, technical inputs, and estimates.
- Drive quality, standardization, and continuous improvement across process engineering deliverables.
Here's what you'll need
- 20+ years of progressive experience in Process Engineering within Engineering Design Consulting
- Proven experience managing large, complex, multi-discipline projects
- Demonstrated experience leading global or multi-location engineering teams
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering
