Role: Engineering Manager (.NET + Angular + AWS)
Experience: 11 to 14 Years (more then 14 years will not be considered)

Client: MNC Healthcare Product based Client
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10-12 Software Engineers.
- Own technical delivery of enterprise software solutions.
- Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and Engineering teams to drive product vision and execution.
- Define technical strategies, roadmaps, and delivery plans.
- Ensure high-quality software development through Agile practices.
- Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership teams.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience in C#/.NET Microservices
- Hands-on experience with Angular
- Experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, RDS, S3, SQS, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of MySQL/MS SQL
- Experience in People Management and Technical Leadership
- Expertise in enterprise software architecture and solution design
