📍 Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
📅 Experience: 12–18 Years
We are looking for a dynamic Engineering Manager / Scrum Master who can lead high-performing teams and drive Agile delivery. If you have strong Java expertise along with Scrum experience, this is a great opportunity!
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Drive technical vision, architecture, and design decisions
- Work on Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React
- Ensure high-quality development, testing, and deployment practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
- Manage timelines, resources, and overall delivery
- Conduct code reviews and promote continuous improvement
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
- Hands-on experience with React (preferred)
- Experience working as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and tools (JIRA, etc.)
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
