- Champion AI: Integrate AI-powered capabilities into the user journey and leverage AI tools to 10x developer productivity.
- Drive Execution: Partner with Product and UX to turn vision into reality, balancing rapid feature delivery with long-term architectural health.

- The Veteran: 13+ years in software engineering with 4+ years in a dedicated leadership role.
- The Architect: Deeply technical in React/TS and SaaS distributed systems (AWS).
