Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (ME/EE/ECE/E&I), MBA/PMP preferred

- FATP line setup and electronics system integration
- NPI and high-volume electronics manufacturing
- DFA/DFT, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen
- RCA, FMEA, DOE, 8D problem-solving tools
- Supply chain and component procurement knowledge
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Responsibilities
- Plan and establish FATP production lines for new products
- Drive NPI builds, line qualification, and production ramp-up
- Define assembly, testing, and process workflows
- Ensure quality, throughput, cost, and delivery targets
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and customers
- Conduct pilot builds and improve yield, cycle time, and efficiency
- Develop SOPs, work instructions, and ensure ESD/safety compliance
- Support continuous improvement and production readiness initiatives
