- Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management to ensure projects stay on track and within scope.
- Drive continuous improvement in the software development lifecycle, identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure that the engineering team delivers solutions that exceed expectations.
- Act as a technical point of contact for clients, providing expertise and guidance on project-related issues.
- Work with the customer success team to ensure smooth project hand offs and ongoing support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong technical background with experience in software development, architecture, and design.
- Proven ability to lead and manage engineering teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with agile methodologies and continuous delivery practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
