Paves Technologies is Hiring – Engineering Manager (Cloud, Infrastructure & BASE24-EPS)
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Engineering Manager to lead our cloud transformation journey, including cloud migrations, on-premise exit strategies, and modernization of BASE24-EPS payment switching platforms. If you’re passionate about building high-performing teams, driving automation, and leveraging cloud technologies to deliver business impact — this role is for you.
What you’ll do:
• Lead and mentor engineering teams across Cloud & BASE24-EPS environments
• Drive cloud migration, infrastructure transformation, and payment switch modernization initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Security, Network, Architecture, Payments)
• Champion automation, IaC, and process optimization
• Ensure smooth delivery with strong reporting & stakeholder management
• Support ATM/POS transaction switching and payment processing transformation programs
What we’re looking for:
• 8+ years of experience in Engineering/Infrastructure roles
• Strong people leadership & team-building experience
• Hands-on with AWS/Azure/GCP & cloud-native tools
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code & automation
• Experience working on BASE24-EPS and payment switching environments
• Knowledge of ATM/POS transaction processing and ISO8583 messaging is preferred
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
