Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kochi for an Engineering Manager. The role requires overseeing engineering projects, managing teams, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical execution with business goals. Responsibilities also include ensuring seamless software development, project execution, and integration processes, as well as fostering innovation and a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- 15+years of experience is required
- Proven expertise in Java,Spring boot, Angular (Mandatory skills)
- Strong proficiency in Software Development and integration processes, with experience in building scalable and efficient solutions.
- Capability in Project Management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
- Exceptional Team Leadership skills to foster collaboration, streamline processes, and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with digital design practices is a plus.
- Notice period; IMMEDIATE TO 30 DAYS
Candidates currently residing in Kerala are preferred. South Indian candidates who are willing to relocate to Kerala (Kochi/Trivandrum) can also apply.
