We're looking for an experienced Manager IT Engineering (M1) with a strong background in Java and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to lead the development of enterprise-scale digital experience platform.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers delivering enterprise AEM solutions
- Drive end-to-end application delivery from design through production
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, UX, QA, and DevOps teams
- Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, best practices, and Agile delivery
- Own technical decisions, delivery planning, stakeholder communication, and team development
- Support production stability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 9–13 years of software development experience
- 3+ years of engineering leadership or people management experience
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x/AEM as a Cloud Service)
- Strong knowledge of HTL (Sightly), Sling, OSGi, JCR, Dispatcher, Components, Templates, Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and AEM Workflows
- Experience with Git, Maven, CI/CD (Jenkins/Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions)
- Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms
- Experience working in Agile environment
