Role Summary

Lead engineering teams responsible for building scalable healthcare platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead backend, frontend and mobile engineers
• Drive architecture discussions and engineering best practices
• Ensure delivery timelines and quality
• Mentor engineers and improve productivity

Qualifications & Experience

• 10 - 14 years engineering experience
• Experience managing engineering teams
• Strong backend or platform engineering background
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related technical field

• People who can identify real problems faced by patients, doctors, and caregivers not just automate existing hospital workflows
• Ability to think out of the box and redesign experiences, not just digitize current processes
• Strong communication skills and confidence to drive change with senior stakeholders
• High-level understanding of distributed systems / complex platforms
• Curious mindset, fast learners, and people who love building from scratch
• Prior healthcare or hospital domain experience is a strong plus
• Experience working with technology platforms built using Python, FastAPI, L, React.js and React Native
