Hiring: Engineering Manager (Backend) | Product-Based| Fintech B2C | Remote
We are looking for a high-impact Engineering Manager from a strong backend engineering background who has recently transitioned into engineering leadership. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building scalable B2C fintech products and leading high-performing engineering teams.

Experience: 6 to 9 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of backend engineers delivering scalable product features.
- Drive sprint planning, roadmap execution, and engineering delivery.
- Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Conduct performance appraisals, mentorship, and career development for engineers.
- Ensure high engineering standards, architecture quality, and scalability.
- Adopt modern engineering tools, automation, and AI-driven development practices.
- Minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 years of engineering management experience, preferably in either an established technology firm(software product based) or a fast-growth startup.
- Significant experience as a software engineer, ideally across organizations, industries and technology stacks.
- A record of mentorship and helping others in their career growth.
- Experience and excitement for recruiting, combined with a thoughtful approach to team growth.
- Manage delivery timelines and maintain product reliability.
- Experience in a Fintech product development company is mandatory for this role.
