Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chandigarh, India, for an Engineering Manager. The role requires overseeing engineering teams, managing software development projects, and ensuring successful project integration. Responsibilities include team leadership, fostering collaboration, ensuring timely delivery, aligning engineering efforts with organizational goals, and implementing best practices to build scalable and efficient systems. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in driving innovation and quality across engineering functions.

- Expertise in Software Development and Integration, with a proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise-grade solutions.

- Experience in the fintech or compliance technology industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
