Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division for an Engineering Manager at Indo Green Enviro Pvt Ltd. The Engineering Manager will oversee and manage engineering projects, lead a team of engineers, develop and implement project plans, and ensure the integration of innovative engineering solutions. Key responsibilities include mentoring team members, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and aligning engineering initiatives to company goals. The manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining high-quality standards, fostering collaboration, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Engineering Management and leading engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in Project Management and planning, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.
- Familiarity with Software Development and Integration processes to advance innovative engineering practices.
- Excellent Team Leadership skills to mentor and guide team members toward achieving their full potential.
- Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities to handle complex challenges in high-stakes projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical fields; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Experience in the recycling or capital-intensive industries is an advantage.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
