Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in web development and digital technology leadership
- 5+ years of people management experience leading development teams
- Strong expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Microsoft .NET, VB.NET, SQL Server, and Windows Server environments
- Experience building and managing enterprise websites and web applications
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern web architecture
- Experience with cloud-native systems and agile methodologies
- Hands-on experience integrating AI or LLM-based capabilities into digital platforms
- Good understanding of eCommerce, digital marketing, UX/UI, and conversion optimization
- Familiarity with SEO, analytics, A/B testing, and website performance metrics
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and delivery timelines in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
Responsibilities
- Lead development, optimization, and operations of enterprise websites and digital platforms
- Define and execute digital technology roadmap aligned with business goals
- Manage platform scalability, reliability, security, and performance
- Lead API architecture and service-layer integrations across systems and third-party platforms
- Drive adoption of cloud-native and composable architecture practices
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies and AI-enabled capabilities
- Partner with business teams to deliver AI-powered personalization, search, and content experiences
- Oversee AI/LLM integrations, governance, monitoring, and optimization
- Manage agile delivery, release planning, and quality assurance processes
- Lead and mentor a team of developers across projects and enhancements
- Collaborate with Marketing, UX, IT, Analytics, and Customer Experience teams
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners for digital initiatives
