Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and mentor a team of engineers in delivering high-quality software solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abroad, where you will manage project lifecycles, coordinate between teams, and drive system integrations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development process, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams while maintaining technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership to guide and support technical teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Software Development with a solid understanding of various programming languages and frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management to ensure timely and efficient execution of deliverables.
- Knowledge of system Integration to oversee seamless implementation of software solutions and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in an on-site environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with relevant certifications being an advantage.
