About The Role
Job Title: Engineering Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers through hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects on time and within scope.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and priorities.
- Ensure engineering best practices, code quality, and architecture standards are consistently applied.
- Guide team members through complex technical challenges and problem-solving.
- Manage technical debt and drive continuous improvement initiatives in tooling, processes, and systems.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive engineering culture aligned with company values.
- Track project progress, report metrics, and proactively resolve risks and bottlenecks.
