About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our CRM practice. You will oversee a cross-functional team of developers, architects, and QA engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable CRM solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot) that drive sales, marketing, and service excellence.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, architects, and QA engineers in designing and implementing CRM solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in CRM practices and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to resolve complex technical issues.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional engineering teams.
- Strong technical background in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Dynamics 365, or HubSpot.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and project management.
Desirable Skills
- Certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator).
- Experience in integrating CRM solutions with other business systems.
- Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
