Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager specializing in Maintenance and Utility, located in Umargam. Responsibilities include overseeing the maintenance of plant utilities and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role also involves planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, managing utility operations, and leading a team to resolve technical issues. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production processes while optimizing resources.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, utility systems, and equipment management.
- Experience in planning and executing preventive maintenance and managing technical issues.
- Proficiency in managing teams and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related sector is advantageous.
