Job Description
- Lead development teams to design and deliver enterprise‑grade web apps using .NET (C#) and Angular
- Define architecture, enforce coding standards, and establish best practices
- Drive modernization efforts including Angular upgrades and .NET Core migrations
- Work closely with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders
- Oversee end‑to‑end data engineering initiatives-pipelines, ingestion, integration
- Implement Microsoft Fabric for unified analytics, governance, and real-time insights
- Ensure seamless integration between application and data platforms
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and cloud deployments
- Mentor and coach engineering teams on modern tech stacks and development patterns
The Successful Applicant
A successful Application Development Manager should have:
- Expertise in .NET Framework/Core, C#, Angular v16+
- Strong frontend capabilities: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, backend integration
- Hands-on in SQL, data modeling, ETL pipelines
- Knowledge of real‑time streaming: Kafka, Azure Event Hub, etc.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and data governance
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Git, and modern CI/CD practices
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management
