Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, offer closure, and onboarding.
- Recruit for core engineering roles (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Embedded, VLSI, Manufacturing, Quality, Systems).
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and niche engineering platforms.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, domain experience, and project exposure.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to meet delivery timelines.
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Engineering / Technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of Aerospace, Semiconductor, or Automotive hiring.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Flexible to work in overlapping client time zones, if required.

As a vital member of our team, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, building bridges between talented professionals in the US and our esteemed client partners.
You will be the go-to expert for:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Owning the full cycle from sourcing and screening to shortlisting and onboarding.
