Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Helper at our Mumbai location. The Engineering Helper will assist in the maintenance and repair of hotel equipment and facilities, ensuring that all operational systems are functioning efficiently. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, conducting routine inspections, addressing guest maintenance concerns, and supporting the engineering team in various technical and maintenance tasks. The role requires collaboration with team members to uphold the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and service.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of maintenance practices and tools
• Skills in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
• Ability to perform routine inspections and identify potential issues
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and company protocols
• Prior experience in engineering support or a maintenance role is an advantage
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed
