Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering - Electromechanical - Mechatronics professional at our Chennai location. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining mechatronic and electromechanical systems. Responsibilities include conducting system analysis, implementing new technologies, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve engineering and business goals. The position also involves preparing technical documentation and working to improve the efficiency and quality of production processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Mechatronics design, Electromechanical systems, and related engineering principles
- Hands-on experience with system analysis, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving
- Knowledge of control systems, automation, and process optimization
- Strong skills in CAD software and mechanical/electrical design
- Effective collaboration and communication abilities within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance processes
- Previous experience in the air filtration or HVAC industry is a plus
- Designing and prototyping electromechanical systems
- selecting appropriate components like sensors and actuators, writing control system software, and conducting tests to ensure safety, efficiency, and performance.
- They also troubleshoot and optimize existing systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and create detailed technical documentation and reports.
- Testing and validation of the products.
- Close co-ordination with Application Engineering team to understand the requirement of Sales/Customer and incorporate in 2D drawings.
- Co-ordination with Production on the feasibility of the requirements as and when required.
