Job Title: Engineering & Digital Operations Associate
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on individual to join our team as an Engineering & Digital Operations Associate. The role involves active participation in the development, implementation, and deployment of technology solutions related to sports performance, analytics, and operational tools.
In addition to technical development, the candidate will also contribute to digital communication and social media content creation, requiring a basic sense of design, presentation, and storytelling.
This role is best suited for fresh graduates who are curious, adaptable, driven, and excited to work across technology, operations, and creative communication.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Development & Implementation
- Assist in the development and deployment of software tools, applications, and dashboards
- Work on coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of internal platforms
- Support integration of analytics, monitoring, and operational systems
- Participate in on-ground implementation and troubleshooting of developed tools
- Coordinate with internal teams during deployment and testing phases
Digital Content & Communication
- Support creation and management of social media and digital content
- Assist in developing visually clean and engaging posts, presentations, and updates
- Coordinate documentation of projects, activities, and field implementation
- Maintain consistency in digital communication and branding
Operations & Coordination
- Assist in execution of ongoing projects and technology initiatives
- Coordinate with team members, athletes, coaches, and stakeholders when required
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of programming/software development
- Familiarity with web/mobile applications or dashboards
- Interest in technology, sports analytics, or digital systems
- Basic understanding of social media tools and content creation
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, etc.) is a plus
