Manager – Instrumentation Design & Engineering (On Direct payroll of a Mega International Fertilizer Manufacturer)

We are seeking a highly experienced Manager – Instrumentation Design & Engineering to lead instrumentation design and engineering activities for large-scale Fertilizer Plant projects. This senior-level position is based in Gurugram and offers the opportunity to contribute to complex industrial projects in a dynamic engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Electrical design and engineering activities for fertilizer plant projects
- Ensure compliance with international standards
- Support procurement, vendor evaluation, and technical bid analysis
- Coordinate with process, Instrumentation, mechanical, and project teams
- Provide support during installation, commissioning, and start-up
- Lead and mentor Electrical design engineers and designers
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
- 10 to 35 years of relevant experience in fertilizer, petrochemical, refinery, or large industrial projects
- Strong exposure to EPC project environment
- Experience in greenfield and brownfield projects preferred
- Proven leadership and project management capability
