Job Overview

Winnertech Engineering Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Engineering Coordinator to support project execution and ensure seamless coordination across multidisciplinary engineering teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing project schedules, tracking deliverables, and facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate engineering projects, schedules, and deliverables

Track project milestones and ensure timely completion

Manage and maintain technical documentation and reports

Facilitate communication between engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders

Support process improvements and enhance workflow efficiency

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Civil, Structural, Piping, and MEP domains

Experience working with Engineering Consultants is preferred

Requirements

1–4 years of experience in engineering coordination / project support

Basic to strong understanding in at least one discipline:

·        Civil Engineering

·        Structural Engineering

·        Piping

·        MEP

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Good organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred Skills

·        Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously

·        Exposure to engineering documentation and reporting

·        Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
