Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Maharashtra, India. The Engineering Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, managing engineering teams, coordinating procurement activities, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met. The role also includes handling inspections, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and working collaboratively with all stakeholders to achieve project goals. The candidate will play a critical role in ensuring efficient execution and delivery of engineering solutions aligned with client specifications.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Construction Engineering and Engineering Management
- Strong capabilities in Project Management and Procurement
- Experience in Inspection and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with engineering and construction in the Oil & Gas sector is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools
