The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Base (EB) Tool Developer to enhance and support our digital engineering ecosystem. You will develop customizations, automation, and integrations within Aucotec Engineering Base, ensuring efficient workflows for electrical and systems engineering teams.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Develop scripts, plugins, and automation within Engineering Base (.NET/C#).
- Customize EB data models, templates, symbol libraries, and workflows.
- Integrate EB with external systems (ERP/PLM, databases, engineering tools).
- Ensure engineering data quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Support users, troubleshoot issues, and improve EB usage across projects.
- Work on innovative digital engineering solutions for large, complex projects.
- Collaborative team culture with strong engineering and digitalization focus.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background
- Bachelor’s/master’s in electrical engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Aucotec Engineering Base.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, and data automation.
- Understanding of electrical design workflows (I/O lists, schematics, wiring diagrams).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in HVDC, substations, energy systems, or industrial automation in preferrable.
- Experience integrating EB with SAP, Teamcenter, COMOS, AVEVA, etc. along with knowledge of IEC standards (e.g., 81346, 61850).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital solutions.
