Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineering Associate at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Delhi, located in Delhi, MI. The Engineering Associate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing hotel systems, performing routine inspections, responding to maintenance requests promptly, and ensuring the functionality and safety of equipment and facilities. Collaboration with other departments to support smooth hotel operations is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and building management systems (BMS)
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment and coordinate with multiple departments
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications or vocational training in engineering, maintenance, or related fields is preferred
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry or hotel sector is an added advantage
