Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled
Cloud Engineer - L3 to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Handle L3-level support issues including performance, security, and availability incidents
- Architect scalable and cost-effective cloud solutions aligned with business requirements
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
- Automate deployment pipelines and operational tasks using CI/CD tools
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud resources
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place
- Implement and maintain cloud security best practices (IAM, encryption, compliance)
- Collaborate with DevOps, security, and development teams for seamless deployments
- Mentor and support L1/L2 engineers and review their work
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems
- Maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and configurations
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5-8 years of overall IT experience with at least 3+ years in cloud engineering
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Strong knowledge of networking (VPC, subnets, load balancers, DNS)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Preferred Skills
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, GCP Professional)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO, SOC2, etc.)
