Job details:
Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Resolve hardware and software issues within defined SLAs
Assist users with OS, email, VPN, and application-related problems
Log, track, and resolve incidents using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
Ensure timely closure of tickets as per SLA
Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams
- Service Request Fulfillment
Handle User Requests Like
New system provisioning
Software installation and upgrades
Access requests (AD, email, shared drives)
Maintain request turnaround time (TAT)
Maintain inventory of IT assets (desktops, laptops, accessories)
Track asset allocation, movement, and decommissioning
Ensure proper documentation and asset tagging
- Desktop Maintenance & Health Checks
Perform regular system health checks
Ensure antivirus updates, patch management, and OS updates
Monitor system performance and disk usage
- User Onboarding & Offboarding
Configure systems for new joiners (laptop, email, access)
Recover assets and revoke access for exiting employees
Ensure compliance with IT policies
- Network & Connectivity Support
Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN issues
Coordinate with network teams for complex issues
Ensure minimal downtime for users
