Job Summary
The Engineer - Technical Support L1 will provide essential support in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems. This role is ideal for individuals with a foundational understanding of electrical installations and a passion for technical problem-solving.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation of electrical systems and equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers and field technicians.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical installations.
- Document and report on installation processes and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Completion of ITI in Electrician or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in electrical installation or technical support.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and installation procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
