Job Title: Engineer Technical Support L1

Job Summary

The Engineer Technical Support L1 will provide first-level technical support for data backup solutions, including Commvault and other backup technologies. This role involves troubleshooting issues, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of backup systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for data backup solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to backup processes and software.
  • Monitor backup jobs and ensure successful completion.
  • Document support interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with senior technical staff to escalate complex issues as needed.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Familiarity with data backup solutions, particularly Commvault.
  • Basic understanding of backup and recovery processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
